벨뷰, 워싱턴주에서 집값 가장 비싼 도시

벨뷰 다운타운


올해 벨뷰에서 매물로 나온 4베드에 화장실이 2개인 주택의 평균 가격은 107만8,976달러로 미국 주요 도시 가운데 20번째로 높은 것으로 나타났다.


최근 부동산회사 콜드웰뱅커는 미국 내 2천여 도시에서 매물로 나온 이러한 주택의 리스팅가격을 바탕으로 분석한 자료에서 이같이 밝혔다.


벨뷰에 이어 커클랜드는 85만5,876달러로 52위, 레드몬드는 78만2,676달러로 69위, 별장주택이 많은 셸란은 77만8,695달러로 71위 그리고 사마미시가 77만4,985달러로 72위를 각각 차지했다.


또한 이사콰는 75만7,481달러로 79위, 시애틀은 72만6,159달러로 94위 그리고 우딘빌이 72만859달러로 96위에 올랐다.
 

미국에서 집값이 가장 비싼 도시는 캘리포니아주 사라토가로 평균 245만3,718달러이며 캘리포니아주 뉴포트비치(213만338달러)가 그 뒤를 이었다.
